Reiki Level 1 - 1 day course

This one day course teaches you the history and principles of Reiki. It also covers the 7 main Chakras, clearing energy, what Reiki can be used for and the hand positions for treating others and yourself in a full Reiki treatment.  

Students will receive an atonement to Reiki Level 1.  

On completion of this course students will be qualified to treat family and friends.

Students can then progress to Reiki 2 if they wish following this course.
