Indian Head Massage Course -Online Theory plus Practical training

This course requires both theory and practical training. You will study the theory online, but you will be required to attend an accredited training centre for the practical training.

This course covers the technique for upper back, shoulder, upper arm, neck, scalp and face massage. It also includes the theory behind Indian Head Massage such as the history of the treatment, principles of ayurveda, marma points and chakras. The course includes resources with clear diagrams and images. Reception, consultation and aftercare guidance is covered as well as contra-indications to treatment. Photographs and videos ensure this course is both engaging and informative to give you the confidence to perform the Indian Head Massage.

 You will have the opportunity to practice the routine on friends and family before you attend the practical and assessment here at the school at a time to suit you.. On completion of the course, successful students will receive a GTi Indian Head Massage certificate which is acceptable for insurance purposes with The Guild of Beauty Therapists.

This course also includes the GTi Professional Standards course.

Once you have booked your training course and paid the enrolment and theory fee of £25, you will be able complete the theory modules for the course right away. This fee includes your student membership for 3 months. The  Guild consider this sufficient time for student's to complete the online work, however, if you have not completed the modules within this timeframe, you will be required to pay them £25 to extend for another 3 months or upgrade to full membership. Upon completion of the course you will be able to obtain membership and insurance with the Guild. 

GTi Student Membership allows you access to the GTi training courses you are enrolled for up to 3 months and includes a number of other online Guild services. It does not include insurance. Once you have completed your GTi training course you can save £10 when you upgrade to Full Guild membership with insurance.
